Kimberly’s path to real estate started long before her license. At 24, she bought her first property, house-hacked it with roommates to offset the mortgage, and later turned it into a rental. When she sold, she used that equity as the down payment on a home in California. The plan was to fix it up and sell, but after meeting her husband, California became home.

That firsthand experience of buying smart, building equity, and handling the unexpected shapes how Kimberly serves every client today. She specializes in buyer representation, seller representation, and helping homeowners put their equity to work, bringing deep knowledge of contracts, market strategy, and negotiation to every transaction. Before becoming a Realtor, Kimberly owned and ran her own bartending business for 17 years, building the people skills and business sense she brings to each client relationship.

Outside of real estate, Kimberly is a mom to her daughter and two dogs, and an avid reader.
